A special evening for you. Combine a romantic dinner with wellness at Hotel International in the Tatras. You don’t have to be staying to enjoy the hotel’s services. Our chef Milan Kovalcik has prepared a special 5-course menu for you with seasonal ingredients. Romantic dinner and relax in the wellness centre with a bottle of prosecco overlooking the Tatra peaks. Surprise your spouse whether for an anniversary, birthday, valentine’s day or just because.

ROMANTIC MENU:

Cold starter – Grilled prawns marinated in sweet-chilli and sesame, avocado, grilled chicory
Soup – Cream of roasted tomatoes and peppers with buffalo mozzarella mousse and watercress pesto
Warm starter – Creamy beetroot risotto with gorgonzola, pine nuts, carrot straw and parmesan shavings
Main course – Telacia flower tip /sous vide/, sweet potato puree, foie gras, romanesco glazed in hazelnut butter, cherry demi-glace
Dessert – Tatranská lúka /3 types of chocolate, becherovka, pistachios, coconut, biscuits, forest fruits/
